1. Who operates the data?

2. What data I collect and why?

I collect personal data only if you voluntarily choose to contact me via the site form.

• Data collected: Name, Email, Phone, Message.
• Purpose: Exclusively to reply to your message.
• Legal basis: Your consent (given by ticking the checkbox in the form).

3. How data is processed (Formspree)

To ensure the form works without storing data on an insecure server, I use Formspree.

Formspree receives your message and securely forwards it to my email address. They act as a data processor and comply with GDPR standards.

4. Privacy & Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie I set is a first-party functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language choice (English or Romanian), so the site opens in the language you selected. It does not identify you and is not used for marketing.

Separately, the Sudoku game saves progress in your browser's Local Storage so you can continue where you left off. That data stays on your device and is not sent to me.

5. Your rights

Under the law, you have the right to request access to the data you submitted, its correction, or permanent deletion of emails from my inbox. For any request, please write to the email address mentioned above.
